Welcome to the USS Falcon

"War will exist until that distant day when the conscientious objector enjoys the same reputation and prestige that the warrior does today."
President John F. Kennedy, 1961-63

Current Mission:'Present Danger'

Condition Green: Taking a Scientific-Gathering Detour through Zigrin Ice Fields.

Humanity's struggle for peace and liberty is ongoing. Even now, with the borders of fraternity beginning to subside, every major power of the Alpha Quadrant is poised for war; the destruction of Cardassia Prime, the crumbling Romulan Imperial Senate, the tension between the Klingon Empire and the United Federation of Planets, and the ever present shadow of the Borg Collective, waiting to strike from the edge of the Universe. Newer, less understood foes such as the Ryuun and the Zarnac have emerged to threaten the prosperous society the Federation has worked so hard to cultivate.

Every race knows their place, yet every now and then a border is broken, a small, off-charter colony is subjugated by the enemy. The tiger reaches out for the egg, but the Falcon has swept his wings and is ready for battle! Crewed by some of the finest officers in Starfleet, the Falcon represents the Federation's brute force, the pinnacle of military advancement.

The USS Falcon is Epsilon Force's only Hornet Class starship currently in service. Described as a Red October of a warship, the Falcon is a steel-clad rendition of the Defiant Class, faster, lighter yet more powerful than her older sister, this Prototype Hornet Class vessel is proud to be part of Task Force 62's very own Task Group Drake. Queries should be directed to the Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Commander John McCloud.

Just a hi from your new CSTO. I look forward to simming with you all, I am sure I will have a pleasant experience. Please, don't hesitate if you want to do a JP with me, or correct me on a few things, I am a OF vet, so I am not sure of the differences over here.

Thanks,
-Mike

Hey Guys.

Coupla updates, One of which is that we all haven't been posting lately as much as in the past. Relax, I'm not gonna crack the whip on anybody. But Diablo has been dropped and Kita hasn't talked about Falcon lately. I'll find out for sure.

In the meantime, Our Tactical and Security branch is now fully operational, with a friend of mine filling in for LT Diablo, and Chief Loken will be assisting him. So far, So good.

Rex Hawke, as some of you know is LOA, and my internet has been cut. So I will be online on my Computer Lab at College, and when I am, I will be posting more so than usual, so we can get this kick-started.

The fuse has been lit, so here comes the Boom!

Same (Stuff), Different, Day:

Ladies, Gentlemen and Diablo, EF's posting Standards are more easy to manage, more so than OF's. We aren't constricted. But we still have some posts to do. I will speed things along in the Comet Cruise, because right after, we're going to Red alert, and The buildup will be worth the wait for everybody, since it will be pretty intense. But If we can't get a move on, we might have a repeat of our First mission. You Oldies know what I mean. Anyway. Let's get ready to *RUUUMBLE*
